Mosaic Billing provides a tailored set of services for your program.  As such the price for our services varies depending on the intensity and type of services required for a smooth and stable transition to our services.  This allows for our clients are able to focus on treating the patient while we provide any and all services from an insurance and billing perspective.

How do we get the required billing information to Mosaic Billing?

We have a custom client portal on our website that complies with HIPPA and CFR Part 2.  You will be able to log in to request benefits, notify of admission/discharge, and how you receive notice of days authorized.  Your portal is unique to you as a facility and each user will have its own login to ensure your information is secure.

Will all patient data remain safe and confidential?

We will utilize your Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to access your clinical documentation for billing and utilization management services.  Our portal will protect your patients information as we provide information from one entity to the other.  Our CRM stores all data for our clientele to access 24/7.

What happens if a claim is denied?

When a claim is denied we begin the appeals process.
